The Amnesty law, fully constitutional and with the EU seal, is the logical culmination of the great political pact that was the motion of censure of 2018. With that audacity of success, a political cycle was opened that transcended mere censure of the Government of Mariano Rajoy . The motion crystallized the plurinational and transversal majority that had been latent in Congress since December 2015, when the bipartisan system passed away. The president Peter Sanchez a free politician since he won his party’s primaries, had the courage to build that parliamentary majority that, with more assets than you owe, has reached today. Motion of censure, pardons, amnesty, always the result of a social, electoral and political majority, in generational transition based on an idea of ​​transversal and plurinational Spain. It is the logical sequence of a Spain in which all Spains fit, compared to another Spain so legitimate that it is the one of those who consider that only one fits. In 1976, when all this democracy was just starting, the desire of the average Spaniard was, if you remember, to be European. How Junts builds its current result is the confirmation that it is possible to rebound and surpass Alianza Catalana (AC). Those of Puigdemont Today they give up votes everywhere and have negative balances with all parties, with ERC, PSC and Aliança Catalana, fundamentally. He receives 60,000 votes among others, whites, abstentionists and new voters, who technically keep them in the hospital. Breaking the deck of the majority of the investiture or collapsing the legislature works. His comeback can only be fueled by that side that must comply with Junts, listen to him recover. AC feeds on the inertia, unease and current primacy of the other: the right-wing PP and Vox who have secured the consortium and Abascal the vice presidency, due to the lack of definition of the actors, the still non-appearance of the left, the consequent demobilization, the slow shift towards the right and the 700,000 votes that the PSOE gives up to the consortium. This whole combo, right now, would prevent continuing the reforms that citizens need, which started with the motion of censure. Today the Amnesty law would be impossible. New social budgets will support mayors and councilors in 2027. Recovering Junts is now the best thing for Catalonia and the Spanish universe.
